Foster Farmhouse East Wing - A Classic New England Farmhouse

Looking for a communal atmosphere? The East Wing of the Caleb Foster Farm House (1860) just might be your style. The first floor features rooms that openly flow into one another, including a full kitchen with a dining table and a spacious, sunny living room that’s equipped with a full entertainment center and a gas fireplace. The downstairs also has a half-bath where you’ll find a washer and dryer.

Accommodating up to eight people, the second floor of Foster East features one large bedroom with a king bed and two smaller bedrooms. One of the smaller rooms has two twin beds and the other has two twins and a bunk bed.  Each room has a fabulous view of the farm and orchards.  There is a full bath upstairs and a half-bath downstairs. 

The East Wing allows up to 2 small, well-behaved dogs. It is available year round for family gatherings, weddings, skiing holidays, school reunions, hunting parties and more.

Beyond the beauty of the orchard, there are hundreds of acres of woods and fields, plus two large spring-fed ponds for boating, swimming, fishing and skating. The property features trails for hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.

Thanks for the Memories We couldn’t let another week pass by without writing to tell you that we appreciated your hospitality. The children spent their mornings in the playground and afternoons swimming in the pond, and in the evenings we drove to nearby Walpole for hot chocolates! Foster Farmhouse East Pricing* - 2009-10

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome to stay at Foster East Farmhouse. - $50 per dog, per stay.

January 1- June 30 - $900/2 nights. Each night thereafter - $100

(Minimum 2 night stay) Week - $1,400

July 1- October 12 - $1,200/2 nights. Each night thereafter - $100

(Minimum 2 night stay)  Week - $1,700

October 13 - January 3**  - $900/2 nights. Each night thereafter - $100

**Excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's weeks

Thanksgiving Week: $1,400/4 nights. Each night thereafter - $100

Check In & Cancellation Policies

Check in 3:00 pm - Check out 10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellations - 50% of the deposit is refundable 60 days or more before the reserved date. Cancellations within 21 days are subject to the full rental charge unless we are able to re-rent the reserved period. A major credit card (in lieu of a damage and security deposit)and 1/2 of the rental fee are required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable 21 days prior to arrival.
